Product Summary

The MCT2E is a phototransistor. The MCT2E consists of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual in-line package. It is suitable for Power supply regulators, Digital logic inputs and Microprocessor inputs.
